FREE UK standard delivery on orders over £150

You should receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. 

Standard Delivery is £4.50 for orders under £150
Orders are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Service. A signature is not required. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.  
   
Next Day Delivery is not currently available, however where possible we will try and help. Please call the store for urgent orders.
  

Overseas Delivery
All orders outside of the UK are charged at  £17.00

* please be aware that your order may be subject to your country of origins import and duties taxes. 

Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery to Europe and 10 – 12 working days to the rest of the world.

Please note the following items may not be shipped internationally:

Pick Up in Store
You can choose to collect your online order in store for FREE, 7 days per week. All Click and Collect orders will be available to collect from our Farndon Showroom

ORDER RELATED QUERIES

My order has not arrived, where is it?
If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery period, it could be for the following reasons:

• Royal Mail has experienced a delay
• Royal Mail has made a delivery attempt and has left you a calling card
• Your parcel has been left with a neighbour
• Your parcel has been left in a safe place that you have specified when you placed your order
